Working principle

本机由机架 ，调整机构 ，封口温度控制系统 ，传动和输送印字装置等零件部件组 成；当接通电源后 ，电热元件产生热量 ，使上下两加热块急剧升温并通过温度控 制仪和调整装置来调整所需封口材料的温度和速度 ，塑料包装袋由传送带传送 ， 将包装袋的封口部分送入运转中的两根封口带之间 ，塑料袋封口部分在上下两根 封口带的夹持下送入加热区 ，封口带在加热区受到两加热块的挤压 ，使受热薄膜 受热后粘合 ，然后 ，在封口带夹持下送入冷却区 ，滚花或印字轮滚压 ，使塑料袋 的封口部分 ，滚压出条纹或网状 ，并且印出所需要的文字；

It consists of the rack, adjuster . Sealing temperature control system, transmission,      conveying and lettering devices . After switching on, the electrical heating elements   will produce heat and make the heat block temperature go up sharply while adjust the temperature and speed of the sealing material by the temperature controller and          adjustment device . Then the packing bag will be conveyed by conveyor, and the        sealing part of packing bag will be put into two working sealing belt and clamped by upper and lower sealing belt, then moved into heating area . The sealing belt was        extruded by the heat block and the film will bonding after heating . Then, it will be     sent the cooling area clamped by the sealing belt and knurled or rolled by lettering     roller for forming the stripe and net and lettering the character .
